\u2192 Arthur Henry Mann nasceu em 16 de maio de 1850, Norwich, Norfolk, Inglaterra e ele morreu em 19 de novembro de 1929, Cambridge, Inglaterra. Ele se formou em New College, Oxford. Ele era corista e assistente organista da Catedral de Norwich, e depois da algum tempo tocando \u00f3rg\u00e3o na Cadetral de S\u00e3o Pedro, Wolverhampton (1870); Par\u00f3quia Tettenhall (1871); e Beverley Minster (1875); ele se tornou o organista na King\u2019s College Chapel, Cambridge (1876-1929), University Organist (1897-1929), e mestre da m\u00fasica e organista na The Leys School, Cambridge (1894-1922). al\u00e9m de compor um orat\u00f3rio e v\u00e1rios hinos, ele era o editor de m\u00fasica da The Church of England Hymnal (1894).<\/p>\n

He was a chorister and assistant organist at Norwich Cathedral, and after short stints playing the organ at St. Peter\u2019s, Wolverhampton (1870); Tettenhall Parish Church (1871); and Beverley Minster (1875); he became the organist at King\u2019s College Chapel, Cambridge (1876-1929), University Organist (1897-1929), and music master and organist at The Leys School, Cambridge (1894-1922). In addition to composing an oratorio and a number of hymn tunes, he was music editor of\u00a0The Church of England Hymnal<\/em>\u00a0(1894).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
